4 week, New Year Beginner Yoga course

New 4 week Beginners Yoga Course in Durham City
If you've thought about starting yoga in the New Year, this is for you!
If are new to yoga, or have never stepped foot on a yoga mat before, this new class is perfect for you! If you have been practicing a while and would like to go back to breaking down the basics, this could be great for you too! All welcome.
Over the course of 4 weeks, we will dive in to fundamentals of yoga, laying the foundations of a yoga practice. During each class, you will be supported through movement with clear instruction and demonstration, class will leave you feeling both energised AND fully blissed out.
Content will include:
- Meditation techniques
- Basic Breathing Techniques (pranayama)
- Breaking down foundational Yoga postures building strength, balance and flexibility (Including- balancing, backbending, standing postures, twisting, restorative & relaxation)
- Safe postural alignment
-Our final week will be a full length flowing sequence linking together what we've learned
Each class is 60 minutes. Classes are laid back and fun environment, offering variations, props and adjustments for all levels. All equipment is provided.
